landlords don't HAVE to do a background check. They CHOOSE to.

Hello! could I have the names of the apartments you viewed in Rosslyn? :) I am currently apartment hunting as an international student! You don't have to share the specific apartment you selected. Thanks for this video- it was super helpful!

Hi! Sure, we looked at Arlington Apartments on Clarendon, Verde Pointe, Potomac Towers and Gables 12 Twenty One. These were the managed apartment blocks. There were a couple of others but they were private landlords. Good luck with your apartment hunting!!
