One thing I've realised about these apartments is that a lot of them have great pros and just when you think an apartment could be the one, a huge con appears and puts you off. For example: 1. The Oaklands apartment looked perfect. The kitchen is spacious, there's an island, it has two sinks, ample cabinet space and allows for a double door refrigerator. It has great natural lighting everywhere, except the bathrooms and the second bedroom because of that tiny window that is basically touching the ceiling. I have to say though, I love that they stuck with white when it comes to the kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and bedroom counters. I feel like it gives it a clean classy look without resembling Kim K's asylum house. 2. Then there's the Sandown apartment (the very last apartment). I really liked the set up of the last apartment in terms of how they maximised the space in the kitchen, the natural lighting, and the fact that each bathroom has 2 sinks and a bathtub, BUT then I paused in the bathrooms and noticed that the black portion of the wall, was exactly that, A WALL! (I could be wrong). At least the second bathroom had that tiny window but generally ,the bathroom lighting kind of sucks. Also, I don't like how the door to the first bathroom opens outward because it just seems awkward. I feel like using the same door but instead of a hinged door, they should have made the door slide along the wall for maximisation of space (This is petty but it really bothers me). Sorry for the essay 🙃I'm passionate about house/apartment hunting because I'm in the same process. My budget is definitely not R25 000 per month though 😂anginayo imali engaka

Ohh the one in Oaklands eats. The lighting in the 2nd bedroom might be a bit dark but she’s the highest contender 🫦

Yohhh Sana Oaklands property would've been a gigantic catch because the kitchen is giving, the view is spacious and giving and the price is a massive save Sana😱😱😱 but yohh that mini window in the rooms😩 and there's no bath tub in the second room🤦🏾‍♀️ kodwa you could opt for a inflatable tub that can fit in the shower😅🤷🏽‍♀️ and that space over the oven can fit a microwave🤗
