My name is Albeli Ritu and I love telling stories. When I was a little girl all I wanted was to do something creative and different. I didn't have the courage to do it for the last 27 years but finally, I have decided to be the hero of my own story. I came to the US in 2018 December and from 2019 I am sharing my journey as a KZfaqr in America. I make travel and lifestyle videos in Hindi from America. i would go with 4. coz it looks new and the space should be enough for both of you. Once you opt for a big house, just think about the cleaning time that you have to invest. 3rd one is big but it is too old. along with rent , tax, etc you would need huge money to spend on repairs unnecessarily again and again. think about that. why chose an older apartment and spend loads of amount on repairs when you can go for a cozy new one. my vote is 4.

My vote goes to the 4th house. Then 3rd house (only if the 4th house is not available). Try to go for the 4th house; the vibe looked positive there.

Blindly, the 3rd one wins !! The huge space, ambience, aeration, access to sunlight and everything felt perfect. The feeling of getting up with the sunrays kissing you, the extra room where Prashant or you can do your office work, or let in guests, your parents, whenever they come, the large living area, wherein you guys can meet your guests, party etc and the lovely washroom, multiple chairs, furnitures, as well seems too good. I absolutely loved the views from each of the rooms, the kitchen, bedroom. 4th seemed way too very small cubicle to me, no matter whatever the price is.

Di I think you should go with house no 4 1 bcoz the apartment is open and has a balcony 2 the locality I think is great as you make vlog so it will be beneficial for you 3 I think it's a little like your Jersey apartment so I personally as a viewer can say that your viewer will love to see that house 4 prashant has already lived in the same locality so yeah I think you should go with no 4

Go for 4. You are young and need a happening area and not a secluded one. London mostly has a downcast weather and floor to ceiling windows will not make it so gloomy as opposed to other flats. Moreover, a balcony is very very useful.

The 3rd apartment is spacious and would be peaceful, considering the the locality it’s situated in. The bathroom is the best. The sofas can be changed or you may put a beautiful cover on it. Apart from that all the other furniture looks classy. The fourth apartment is small, cozy and hi-tech. However, you may consider the fact that it is just above a mall, so there might be a lot of noise and disturbance. You must also consider the distance from a market and a bus stop/station. These are the basic amenities which are always required.

I would go with 4. It’s modern look home. It have pretty good size of fridge and balcony. It looks little cluttered now but definitely it is more spacious than it’s look.

I vote for the third house. London is vintage, so I would go for something that has a classic touch. London mei wahi ke jaisa kuch dhundhiye, rather than finding an american touch. You don't find such houses much. I really liked the vintage style.

My vote is 3.... imagine when would you be able to live in a house like that again... Its old but its got character.. They dont make houses like that anymore...... Its a beautiful house :)

I would agree with u..the other houses were too small n clumsy..I liked the old one..it looked classy n vintage..it was huge and the mirrors in the washroom n passage made it look even bigger

Yeah house is big n nice but if appliances are not in working condition then they will be in trouble.

@@shashankupadhyay7219 That goes without saying, my choice is based off of the assumption that things are functional... and of course holds true for all other houses too...Also, my logic was way beyond size of the house, its such a unique house, while you are renting you can play around with different styles. How often do you get to experience something like that. In the end its going to be their choice.... because they know whats best for them :)

@@shreyabarsaiyan4823 old architecture is of no use if appliances doesn't work after sometime . And it's not worth because i have seen a ton of vintages houses as I have keen interest but that wasn't upto mark of being called that .

4th is good bcuz prashant is familiar with the area and it gives the vibes of USA so you will not miss your old house.

My vote goes for house no.3 (4 also is pretty good) as it is very spacious if anytime you have guests over or your parents when they come from India you all can easily accommodate there'll be no space issue ....The bathroom looked real ROYAL STYLE I loved it....Yes sofas were old but you can get it drycleaned or put new covers...Rest it all depends on you guys it has to fit in your budget that's very important and that only you'll can take that decision.... I loved 4th one❤️ bcoz of its locality and style. But if you want to experience typical British style of living with peaceful days, then 3rd one will be a new experience for you✌️

The 3rd apartment is quite spacious and looks good. If you can ask them to replace old electric appliances it will be great

There is a confusion between 3 and 4th ....3 is really very spacious...but 4th one is quite similar to the US one and it's locality is also superb while 3rd one's locality is very peaceful ... I guess 4th one coz of it's surrounding

I would go with no.3, as its a spacious apartment.. I know some things are old it can be changed gradually as you moves into.. there is a advantage of 2nd bedroom too.. May be any one of your parents are in, then it will be better..

Hi Ritu... I liked the space in house no 3 of course. Good sized kitchen and rooms, but the washroom I actually didn't like so much. But that's subjective. The washroom just doesn't vibe with the rest of the house in terms of the colour scheme and the mirror walls there clash with the vintage vibe of the house. The best part was the separate study thought and the kitchen space. So that's a huge pro during wfh scenario. The 4th house though is where I see you guys settling in and transitioning smoothly because it's got a similar feel to apartments in the US where you have just moved from. The space not being a constraint in the long run it would make a decent choice. House no 3 would be a good DIY project that you can undertake and maybe rent out some furniture or the couch if you find it convenient.

No 3(old one) is fantastic for the price. Maybe if you’ll can spend a little bit on the furniture idk if it makes sense then it’ll be just perfect No 4 is great too but looked very small kind of similar to your Newport apt

Ritu, you can find much better houses with better fittings, cleaner looking bathrooms in areas close to central London. And at slightly lower prices as well (£1800 or so). Since with higher rent, you would also have to pay higher council tax, utilities, medical etc. so effectively your monthly spends could touch £3000 if you live in the areas you are currently viewing.

I will suggest you go for no 3. Because It's a very big house and the view is also fine. No 4 is also good, It's a modern house and also looks great

I would go with 4, it's perfect for two people and very modern. Fridge is big, kitchen open. It has balconies. Top of everything the area looks happening

The older house has a Victorian vibe. The kitchen appliances are questionable though. The fourth house's location looks perfect.

Husband feels 3rd is best as it's hard to get a 2 bhk for the price. You can always buy cheap sofa for less than £200 pounds... Also I would say its nice to experience Victorian touch house, windows and furniture as when again will you get to experience such a thing/London feel and experience. Also will be good for your parents to come and visit and have their own bedroom.

The last house dining and drawing room is very similar to your New York Apartment....minus the new york skyline...the advantage here is shops for your daily needs is just on the ground floor....you don't need to go far

Me n my mom voted for #3, its spacious, Amenities does not look that old but chalta hai Yaar...N it has an amazing view, Its beautiful n u could decorate the way u did ur US home... So go for it,. ❤️

Last one is just amazing....i really loved it....it has the morden vibe like usa...none other like the those London Houses ...which is giving an horror movie Houses vibe.. I WILL SAY DON'T HESITATE TO BUY THE LAST ONE IT'S PERFECT PLEASE GO FOR IT♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Hi Ritu, flats in London will definitely be very costly and after few days you may feel as if it's not worth spending so much money for such small apartments. Why don't you try to rent houses somewhere close to London. Public transport is really good accross England. Also if your husband can drive then it would become easier

2nd house is great!!! 3rd is quite old and it will require a lot of maintenance over time...4th is a bit too small bur 2 nd is best as it's quite modern, gives a perfect view

I moved to Bangalore 3 months back and if I compare it with malaysia then Malaysian flat was way better than Bangalore one. Here London is bit costly.

3 was the best go for it if the appliances are in working condition. If those break down it would be really difficult to manage. If not 3, 4th is also a good option because of the modern kitchen and the balconies.

I like no. 4 for practicality reasons. 3 is huge but those appliances are freaking ancient. You ll be spending every other day calling on maintenance.

According to me go for 2nd one is good looking the house size and its maintained. You can also go with 3rd house its spacious. The 4th is modern but its so small, yes it may look similar to your US house but it doesnt provide the view that US house gives you.

3rd one is good.. Appliances can be checked or replaced. But its very spacious. Extra room when your families visit. 😃 4th if 3rd is not available. Its area is happening, stores and market nearby. Also storage n balcony area is there..

House no -2 , as it is very bright and decent.Don't go for old house as it might require a lot of maintenance.

Definitely house no. 4, as it's modern and the kitchen is spacious. House no 3 doesn't have a washing machine which is a necessity.

3rd apartment. Have lived in London and would suggest to choose space over views. If the appliances don't work then choose 4th apartment.

I will vote for the 3rd house because that house was really beautiful spacious and outside view was also very nice .. it's design was much more open and spacious than other houses and of you people are wondering about kitchen appliances then you can also go for replacement of it if needed

No. 2 is also pretty decent. Hall is spacious. Kitchen is good. No. 4 is little congested and quite similar to ur US house. My vote goes for 2.

If you're up for space then for sure go with 3rd one. 4th one may be looks nice but comparatively it seems small and not ao spacious else all upto your budget.

4 n 3both 4looks fantastic super fancy but 3 has a lot of space so for me both are equally amazing n have its own advantage n disadvantage. So both wins for me❤️✅

3 and 4 are better . I think you need to go with 3 but make sure the kitchen is proper because . All the equipment were some old type they may create a problem

The 3rd one is good overall except the bathroom looks haunting, don't know why :D 4th is okay, seems a little less spacious though. Hoping you're not ending your search here, there could be more better deals available. Good luck!

I loved both 3rd n 4th apt... 4th looked like ur US home... 3rd is spacious and 4th is kinda small.. now u have to decide according to your convenience..
