Sorry girl but I am french and all the appartment are exremely over prices ! You never pay 2.000€ for this law quality

Thanks for your comment:) but these were the prices listed by the agent himself. You have to remember these apartments came with a decent view, great location and spacious rooms which all add up to the total cost :)

@@fashionwithvaleriya4145 I understand as a foreigners you put a lot of trust to the agent but must of the time they take advantages of that and charge you a lot for nothing ! I live in the 15th, 5min away from Invalides and I pay 1190€ for a 45m2 with greay views… so yes the appartment was definitely over prices
