btw, the battery is hot-swappable. Just tried it on my SC620 while it was plugged into AC. Thanks for the video.

What about Lithium Batteries and AGM batteries??? both need special charge profiles!!!!!Batteries different charge profiles!!

This is for lead acid batteries only (manufacturer recommendation) at your own risk use different types of chemical batteries

You need to know what the power draw is in total. 260 watts power draw will give you just over 5 minutes to safely shut down. You can use 12V 9AH VRLA battery - they are the exact physical dimension. A better option: extend the power supply cables so you can connect to an external 100AH ~ 200AH VRLA battery so you can have 24 hours power backup availability during a power blackout.
