Cement Grout is a composite material generally consisting of water, cement, and sand. It is typically used for filling voids under machines or other structural elements, sealing joints and openings in surfaces and reinforcing existing structures.
Usage
SikaGrout®-215 is suitable for repairs to the following concrete structures:
Machine foundations
Columns in precast construction
Concrete anchors
Bridge bearings
Cavities
Gaps
Recesses
Rail beds
Honeycombs (pre-packed grouting)
SikaGrout®-215 is suitable for grouting works with clearances as low as 5 mm.

Need to use more water brothers, 215 more flowable the 212 so that it can get in under your I beam.

How much would the price be to be able to make 4 grouts so that they have 4 12"X8" steel columns that must support 3.5 tons? It will be for a single crane that supports 2.5 to 3 tons maximum. I don't want it exactly. I need help

For foundation pump 1400x700x50 it's posible use sika grouting

Question! Do you still need to apply a bonding agent in the old concrete before applying the Sika Grout 215? Thanks

Hello , we didn’t apply the bonding agent. Make sure the Sika Cement well pouring and try to vibrate if possible

@Tewit Yes 28 days required to get maximum hardness. When get maximum hardness this grout could withstand great force. The word maximum i wrote before related to 'concrete compression test' which take 3 times after grout pouring: 3 days, 7 days and 28 days after pouring.
