How can you be the first beekeeper with that issue?! I can definitely see the problem, that would not hold out on my farm. Glad to see it has been resolved with a stabilization bar

They told me they had several hundred of these sold and nobody complaints??? Maybe nobody in Europe lifts more than a couple of boxes.

What else is the salesman going to say - oh yes we screwed up?? I'm glad that they finally figured out something. It looks like it will work like it is suppose to. I'm glad you held your tongue as much as you did. I might have been saying some 4 letter words after the third or fourth call. LOL Doug, have a good New Year.

The fellow that is selling these has one of these he uses himself. Why he did not work with them to solve this issue is hard to understand.

I would drill a hole in the tube where it is set for the set bolt so it can’t slip in with stress.

It's too bad that the distributor is nowhere to be found now that you've paid for the thing in full.

Yes. I thought they would help. I am sure they must have had the same issue with theirs.

@@dgl1948It does appear to be an obvious design flaw. I'm not sure how they expected that to work at all.
