AS per constitution of India. Chakma and Hajong community as a scheduled tribe. Like as in tripura, mizoram, meghalaya, west Bengal and Assam. Ap govt should be follow the rules of Supreme Court judgment.

There were chakmas in tripura and Mizoram way before then 1964 and are the schedule tribe of those states,the new chakmas who came to Mizoram were then settled to nefa in order to reduce the tension between mizos and local chakmas in Mizoram

If the Arunachal Pradesh government follow Supreme Court order (Supreme Court of India in 2015 order to accept Chakmas and Hajongs as citizens of India and to enroll them all in electoral rolls) then the Permanent settlement will come.

How can Chakmas and Hajongs are come under protected land ? They came before the Creation of Arunachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh was then NEFA, At that time you people were totally ignorance, you even don't know how to cultivate, how to make livelihoods ! The Chakmas taught the local people all these things. So, both Central and State Government should solve this problem.
