Plot:
Three criminals break into River City Bank after it closes. They quickly gather items and run away just before the police arrive. They are then spotted by a sheriff's deputy as they attempt to drive away, resulting in an intense pursuit. After they get trapped on top of a parking garage, they get into a shootout with the cops. One criminal and five officers are killed, then the remaining two criminals steal a parked Camaro after the getaway vehicle's front tire is punctured by a bullet. The following snowy morning, the RCPD launches an investigation and tracks down the criminals. The night after that, LCSO SWAT is sent out to breach into the criminals' hideout. The criminals surrender and face justice.
Outro plot:
Outro S1: A wounded officer from the shootout is transported to the hospital.
Outro S2: After the criminals are jailed and the bank reopened, an officer is sent out to conduct a welfare check during his patrol.
Outro S3: A homeless man loiters around the parking garage, resulting in police response due to the recent mass criminal activity.
