Guys, Alex didn't say this on camera, but I remind you that water needs an electrolyte in order to conduct electricity, so add some basic cooking salt in the solution for making it work! Nice concept my friend btw!

Sodium chloride? Youll get elemental chlorine gas as a biproduct. Use baking soda (NaHCO3) instead. Much safer

@@Zone-dv4gm bit late dont uses sodium carbonate u will or any type of carbonate u will get hydrogen and CARBON DIOXIDE which will make the hydrogen less effective and less flammable a dilute solution of sodium hydroxide would work far better

Could you create a hydrogen compressor that would transfer the compressed gas to storage tanks. And use liquid nitrogen to liquify hydrogen in thermal coverd tank, and a warmed tank to expand for usage

I’m not going to lie. I was hoping for a hydrogen fuel cell to recombine the hydrogen and Origen more efficiently than burning, rather than another electrolysis how-to. And this video implies that histogram can be used in a gasoline engine. That would be cool, but I’m not so sure it would work.

After doing research, he essentially made a product that has been sold since the 1960s in car enthusiast circles, so yeah, it actually does kind of work to give you more power from a combustion engine, though not as much as he claims and it is possibly dangerous, especially if you use it with a cheep Chinese engine made from pot metal

.....I kinda want to make a small one of these, and use it as a cigarette lighter with an unlimited fuel supply, lighting my smoke on fire, using water XD, the last time I made an electrolisis mechine it was for a school science fair. Edited idea make the bottles a primitive battery that way it generates at least some of the power it takes to do the electrolysis by using dissimilar metals for the inner and outer part, like copper for one and nickel for the other and add an electrolyte to the water, it would only be a trickle charger...but with the proper know-how you can trickle charger a capacitor and then use that energy to do the electrolysis

yeah mate its called a split output cell, basically you separate the cathode and anode but keep electricity flowing between them

how about how to use this fuel cell to make a survival lantern for light or a burner for cooking and heat also, any tips on what to use if you don't have any batteries? an electric hand-crank or something along those lines?

You could use a motor wired up to where a battery would go, with a handle from like a fishing rod on the axel of the motor, to make your own hand crank power source for this yes, but you could also make the containers outside from nickel and the inside from copper, and make a 1 cell voltaic pile. That would make the water you put in, the power source that charges a battery, (in line with a juel thief and a capacitor) that eventually electrolyzes the water into HHO.
