i could find it out the moment i saw it that the middle cup was up when he started ..but when started the cup was down... so either make a mindset you need to notice everything OR dont notice anything at all.

I noticed how he could have just flipped the two cups on the edges, and then have them all face up. After that he could have turned the two on his right, then the ones to his left. I realized he was just avoiding the final move, and then got suspicious and saw right trough him. Still, I bet this trick might fool many people, taken that they aren't as observant.

He's wrong. When she had her outside cups up and middle one down all she had to do was flip the outside cup to her right and the middle cup, both of the outside cups, and then the outside cup to her left and the middle one. Try it out.

If you notice, he could also do it in just one move by flipping the side cups, right? The other two moves are for misdirection and distraction. The second move doesn't change the cups at all, it just flips the configuration horizontally. If he would do it in just one move, it would seem too obvious and certainly that would ruin the trick. It's all about the misdirection Apollo uses to create an illusion of making it seem like a complicated process.
