Today I discuss Apollo Neuro's Wearable device.
This review is not sponsored and I am not a medical doctor - it is based off of my personal experience and what I have noticed after approximately 6 months of daily use.

Really happy I found your review, I ordered one last night after seeing some KZfaqrs talk about it, then after, like you mentioned, I read a bunch of very mixed reviews on Reddit. I realised that the KZfaqrs had affiliate links (which basically makes them salesmen of the product as opposed to impartial reviewers). It is a big investment so obviously I felt nervous about it, but you seem like an intelligent objective woman and you found benefits which means it’s in my opinion not complete pseudoscience, placebo effect after all, only works when you think something is going to work.

With the app, at least it’s something they can improve, hopefully they will continue to invest in it if they are legit (and it’s not a cash cow)

Thank you for your feedback! 🙏 Glad to help and genuinely hope that you find the device beneficial! And yes, totally agree about the app...even without the extra paid membership, I find that they do update it and there are regularly firmware updates for the wearable itself. So hopefully it will continue to improve with time :)

Thank you for your question! So, while I don't use my Apollo daily anymore, I still find it to be a helpful resource during times of stress, illness, or whilst experiencing emotional flashbacks. I'll use it for a couple weeks at a time when these things happen and it does give me some relief. I'm still unsure whether it's placebo effect or science...and I still find it helpful, regardless. They still regularly update the firmware and the app has gotten better over time. I haven't tried the upgraded / paid subscription that offers additional features - I think the price is a little too steep, considering the cost of the Apollo itself. The free version included with just the device has been good enough for me. If you have the means, I think the Apollo is a good bet. It's really easy to use and I find it beneficial. I've also heard really great things about the Heartmath Institute's device, if you're looking for something a little more involved. If you're outside of the United States (which I am), don't forget to factor in the shipping costs/exchange...they're steep which is why I have only tried the Apollo to date. Hope that helps! 💕
