This actually feels like a historical war in comparison to battlefield 5

One reason is that this game is more authentic because "no large number of females, historically, were on the frontlines back in WWI...or WW2....EXCEPT Russia ....they were known for their female snipers...which is why you will only find females while playing on a Russian Team on this game.....Authenticity!!! Battlefield V was screwed up because like everything else Social Justice Activist force inclusivity of women into anything they can....Just like Call of Duty WW2......visually breathtaking graphics and realistic audio effects are drowned out by the continuous, ear piercing screams of virtual female soldiers blurting out random things from their mouths.......not authentic

No, it looks like that because they chose a faux-serious tone. It's actually more of a fantasy game than Battlefield V, because at least most of the guns you use in BFV were actually used in combat. Battlefield 1 is just Battlefield 4 but dumbed down and causalized, but it looks freaking amazing. It just looks very gritty and historical, but it's not.

Yeah. You can get so many kills in operations on Verdun Heights. My best game is on verdun heights in operations where I dropped 86 kills.

In Grand operation if you’re in the French army, at the beginning they rally to the GENERAL PETAIN. This is so realistic!! He was the general that won that battle in real life. But in WW2 he gave away some jews so you would never hear this if it was a french game. I switched to BF just because of that detail. Then BF5 they added the Senegalese Tirailleur… I’m now loyal to BF lol.

It would most probably be bright because it's in the Pacific theater where it's literally a tropical climate but yeah, a darker scenery would've made sense because it's an all out war.

Night maps are legit. They need to be incorporated more in FPS games. Gives the stealthy mode that’s essential to realism. After all, not all battles are fought in broad daylight

Actually Beyond the Wire has more WW1 in it,in BF1 the loadouts aren't that realistic,but they put all the immersion perfectly.

Odio que no vean los puntos tácticos y de donde disparan y concentrar el fuego en la artillería pesada y los francotiradores. Sabiendo que sos Francotirador, ir por puntos ciegos. No concentrarse en el mismo punto
