Hola Apollonia, thank you for all these recommendations. I am 40 and divorced for the last three years, getting back in the dating world was complex for me. But after looking over your videos and some of your writings, I changed my approach when dating. I recently worked with "the escalation cheat sheet" on a date I had, and the response I had on a date was amazing... I am now dating a lovely lady and the response I get from her is strong. Thank you for all your good advice.

It's SO important to look past only seeing beauty and screen for the values you want in someone! If you've never walked away from a woman you find attractive, then you are never building true confidence. You're basically saying that as long as she's beautiful, that's all you're worth. It's why many men put women on a pedestal and still feel terrified around them for years. Of course being physically attracted to someone is important. But from there, you need to stay true to yourself. If you can give up an opportunity with an attractive women who isn't a right fit, you'll reinforce to yourself that you are high value. That you have choice with women, too and you're not waiting to be picked. Fantastic tips Apollonia.

Going along to get along has always been my problem. I’m a laid back alpha and I’m loath to give an opposing opinion in a relationship because I fear it will lead to negative conversations and I would loose her. I need to work on looking good and knowing when to be vulnerable. Now that my wife of 11 years left me, I find my appearance and house are not fit for dating, and I should have never gotten this way with her... don't shave every day, haven't bought any new clothes in over a year, house is just filled up with my guy shit like a damn pawn shop, I should have done better. I was never vulnerable with her, she always came to me first to apologize after an argument, I would never tell her how I feel because I thought she wouldn't understand and would just get angry. She left thinking I don't care about her and not knowing what I want from her, but I loved her so much. She drank a lot and in my opinion it destroyed us, but this gives me a lot to think about going forward meeting new women.

I've always looked up to you until you mentioned you ghosting the indecisive guy. How did that help him? If anything it put a bad taste in his mouth with women. So many women ghost men and it makes them want to give up. I would have loved to have heard be blunt with the guy and say "look your indecisiveness has really turned me off. I'm no longer interested in exploring you as a option. Please don't take it personal. I don't want an indecisive guy nor does any woman. So learn from this so it doesn't happen to you again. Be decisive when your with a woman. Take charge and have a plan." That's just my 2 cents Appolonia. Everyone deserves to know what they did to unattract someone. Ghosting people helps nobody. It only hurts people.

You know when I interview people for my clinic, I want them to look their best with office attire. I want to see their potentials. I want to see how good they can put themselves together. A person who can put themselves together really nicely has the quality I am looking for. It suggests to me that they can do an excellent job, and has high standards.

She said it "The game" I think that book tries to reinvent the wheel the same with the "the tao of bad ass" they try to act like they discovered something but are just renaming shit like neging it's just teasing but when they explain it guys do it wrong I've seen it dudes being so rude and proud become he's "neging" non stop and getting what he thought was results. When teasing is just so self explanatory. So yeah I agree it feels incomplete. It's like what Bruce Lee said about martial arts you shouldn't stick to only one style and it's true about the Venetian arts. Woow.... I'm so glad I found this.

So I'm like 90% of the way reconnected with my ex who left me like she'd never see me again. Lol it's taken 5 months of crazy hard work, hardest thing I've ever done but we are almost back together. Last weekend we were talking about "us" an she said she wanted to see me do a bit more before we got back together completely. She's just doing small steps, and she meant just more time the same actions I clarified. I wasn't being patient enough and it caused some mood shifts which she pointed out so I'm buckling down on controlling my emotions and being happy regardless of the outcome. Following my own drive an purpose with better emotions an she will join the story again or she won't 🙏

HERE IS THE SECRET: It depends on how desperate, or not, a woman is to find a man that can provide for her. The less desperate, and or young, the woman is, then the better looking a man must be to attract her. Those are the facts. So, as a man, you must LEVEL UP.. Having absolutely none of these traits, I can say with utter confidence what I always knew (or at the very least, take an educated guess at): I never stood a chance. It's over. I'm doomed to be alone. I can now officially give up and more seriously consider ending it all. I hate the society I'm forced to participate in since birth. I have come to despise humanity and have come to believe (a belief reinforced by this video) that our only salvation is through voluntary extinction.

I have proof and somewhat disagreement for one of the aspects of this attracting women. I remember being in seventh grade and in ninth grade both and on three different occasions during those grades I was asked out by girls because my clothes were not fashionable at all I was wearing holey jeans and a simple T-shirt with flip-flops. I am one of the occasions but out of all three occasions I look like crap! When I asked each one of them why they asked me out they said because I look like I did not give a shit about anything and I was my own person
