It's a matter of the activists pre-suppositional language too. For example, imagine if Christians renamed "conversion therapy" to gender affirming care, and called drag story time and gender ideology in schools "conversion therapy". Just a thought.

Very informative video! To a believer, there is a laundry list of talking points but I will make it simple. That person is a fool, he does not acknowledge Jesus as Lord at this point in his life and he does not acknowledge the scripture as truth.

Many pharisees and unapologetic sinners were in the same boat, they both were sinners and were too proud to acknowledge their sin. He only offered salvation to one of the two criminals on the cross next to him; the one who acknowledged that Jesus was righteous and that he had sinned.

To expand further on the point of morality being an opinion without God, I'd say that morality is one of those things that you can't measure with science (if there is no God but you can knowing scripture), because there is no reference point. For all scientific experiments, we always have a reference point e.g. findings from previous publication, or a certain level of a quantifiable measure, required for a significant effect to be seen. For my work, we do a lot of animal experiments, and the only way we know something is significant following a treatment protocol, is when it increases the expression of specific proteins relative to a control group (no treatment but the same procedures done like undergoing surgery or kept in a cage at a certain temperature to account for potential biases) or massive behavioural changes. Without God, we DON'T have a control group. We have nothing to measure morality against because there would be NO law. We don't have a person who has lived for 1000 years that we can compare our moral standards to. Morality is also not observable without God, we can only observe it now because we know with absolute certainty that our God is the I AM and therefore the standard is right there and shown with physical evidence in the scriptures.
