While listening to this prayer, i was feeling so bad for myself for not appreciating my worth or potential and crushing myself for everything..I was getting emotional throughout the video while imagining myself saying I am sorry please forgive me🥺..we never realise how much we give negative thoughts/comments to our self, underestimate our worth or potential. We try to see ourselves based on other persons perspective … we compare ourselves with others .. thts wen we strt looking down upon ourselves … we believe wtevr other person is telling about us is true and we r lacking in life … if the other person tells u can’t do it we believe we can’t we constantly need validation frm ppl around us in the process we lose ourselves we strt looking down upon ourselves we strt hating ourselves tht y am I like this y can’t I be like the other person but we need to understand no one is perfect we all hv flaws we jus need to accept nd love ourselves love your flaws never change yourself fr others .. never change yourself so tht others like you … you hv yourself at the end … evn though ppl try to put you down don’t look down upon yourself throw such ppl out of ur life those who make u feel embarrassed nd hate yourself those who constantly remind you of ur failures and flaws .. don seek validation from anyone… u don owe explanation to anyone no one is worth it … never look down upon yourself … we all hv talents tht we r nt aware of bcoz of toxic ppl around us we feel down nd we strt hating ourselves .. try to impress yourself love yourself own ur flaws own ur mistakes … heal yourself forgive yourself … nd jus throw others aside u shd be ur first priority … I realised it now … I was unecessarilu validation frm ppl and strted hating myself strted feeling worthless strt feeling y I can’t be like other person I hurt myself I looked down upon myself …I was constantly seeking validation love frm others … but realised it’s of no use those ppl will Leav u once they are done putting you down … promised myself tht frm now on I’ll nt look down upon myself nd throw such toxic ppl out of my life

Just do one thing take a mirror look into your eyes and say "I release all the resistance about my sp, we are together and happy" Say it for 100 times trust me and be positive, don't create a single negative thoughts of lacking that's why your wish is not fulfilled yet. Universe, I want to see him again. I want to be with him again. In my dreams, he also wanted to be wih me too. But it's only in my dreams. In reality, he never did anytging to want me back. I am still around him but he never made a way to win me back. I still want to give him something. I still wanna be his everything. Why can't i stop loving him? I gave so much that I am left empty handed now. It's all i know how to do. Love him more and more. I hope he still feels my love. I hope the universe will align our hearts again.
