Yeah that's true. The lawyer is simply having him answer questions she feels are relevant to the case. The judge is the one who will read the transcript of this deposition and then give her opinion of things. If you listen carefully when they started this deposition earlier in the day, the lawyers mentioned the "opinion" written by the judge who reviewed the deposition from 4 months earlier.

This guy may be a little more overt than some other religions, but ALL religions are a scam designed to fleece the unintelligent of their money and common sense. They are designed to segregate communities and cater to the needs of themselves while ignoring those truly in need. RELIGION NEEDS TO BE ERADICATED.
