Thank you for your comment and we are sorry to hear that you have been having problems. We are aware of the behaviour where FieldMove Clino crashes when trying to use the camera on IOS. We are addressing the issue and will be in contact when we have a fix. For now, we recommend making sure that location services are turned-on and that you use the device camera app when recording images. This should ensure that location information will be recorded in the photo image file exif information.

​@@sarahmve Thank you for your replying. No I think the issue is not location problem. Before using the app the location is on every time, I can add any kind information is ok, except adding photo. In my Ipad I have installed your another version (FieldMove), this doesn't have like this issue, working properly, but its very big that not convenient during field investigation which I am planning coming days. I wanted to have this version also in my iphone but unfortunately not Iphone version! Dear, if another suggestion please help me solve it. Thanks for your help and understanding. ​@@bestinnovationfromchina1347 Thank you for your comment. A bug in FieldMove Clino causes the application to crash when using the in-app camera function. This is why we recommend using the camera on the phone externally from the FieldMove Clino app to preserve location information. All other in-app functionality that use location services, such as collecting field measurements, are unaffected and continue to work as normal.
