I have just bought a CX-30 and want to connect the app. But there are no bluetooth signal in the display on the cooler, and i am unable to see the device on my phone under bluetooth. I am doing somthing wrong or is the freezer broken (bluetooth part)....Please help me

Too bad you can’t actually see what the hell he’s doing. Not all of us have a TV that we’re watching this on. It’s so small at least give a close-up of your phone.😒😞

I have alpicool ecx 30. The one with lithium battery. But cannot turn on when using battery. Even tho the battery is fully charged (4 blue lights on the battery)

The cooler isn’t plugged in and is running, I just bought the same one but it shows 100% battery life but when I unplug it the unit powers down, isnt there an internal battery?

You have to have location on or it will not work.

Try turning your phone location on (and bluetooth) then open app and scan.

@@sapiens814 I have tried this, but it seems maybe the fridge firmware has it turned off? The Bluetooth logo is there on the LCD but it never comes on.

@@DirtRoadTherapy Strange. Once I turned on location the fridge icon appeared in the app which I then selected. In BT scan it appeared as letters and numbers. Hope ya get it sorted...

Me too 😕. It did work for the first few days (bt icon showing on fridge display, working via app) …. Then after playing with settings on the fridge panel, the bt icon is no longer showing. No idea what I did to turn it off and no idea how to re-enable it. The manual that came with the fridge makes no mention of Bluetooth or the app. Very frustrating.
