Thank you again for stopping to sing with us! We only wanted to worship in a more wild and rugged setting than church, but little did it occur to us we would be brightening someone else's day! That's what it's all about: being a light in this cold, cloudy world. Have a good trek!

For sure. For some reason standing in those woods on the very trail they marched in the misty cloudy day changed the way I would normally think about that if I was to just read it in a book or an online site. It was an amazing encounter.

you are walking through one of my absolute favorite stretches of trail. roan highlands, carvers gap to 19e…i’ve spent so many days and nights up there, in clouds and rain and bluebird skies and even snow. few places on earth bring me so much peace. to have had communion up there must have been absolutely amazing! thank you so much!

Wow! Your day had a Sleepy Hollow kind of feel to it for the most part. For some reason your pictures seem more vibrant in this weather. The little eft especially looked to be glowing. So glad it cleared up enough for you to capture that spectacular view before camp. Thank you for bringing us along. AT All The Way 🥾

So enjoy your opening music. You do what is best for you. I stayed in a stone shelter in the Smokies once. Very cold and uncomfortable.

Thank you. He truly revealed himself to me in a spectacular way. Most people would think it was just perfect timing for the clouds to clear. I know better. When I stood up and it was raining on me and all socked In with clouds I was very sad. But to the watch the clouds just blow away from me as I walked up that hill and for the mountain to clear off with every step I took was mind blowing. Thank you for seeing what I was doing my best to show. May God Bless you as well.

How are you liking the Jolly Gear shirt? Do you recommend?

I have hugely mixed feelingfeelings about the jolly gear shirt. I have come to love it. But. It’s not as cool as they make it out to be. It’s heavy and holds A LOT of water as you sweat. It does not dry easy. I love the ability to just cover my self from the sun at will without putting on sunscreen. I like how the hood protects me from bugs biting the back of my neck and all the twigs and crud that falls down the back of my neck in all these over grown trails. I like the protection the long sleeves gives me in the over grown trails from poison ivy and everything else that is brushing on you. I like how easy it is to see ticks on you. But the best thing is. WHEN you find a breeze the shirt turns the sweat in to a feeling of an air conditioner on your skin. But the green tunnel does not have a lot of breezes. So the shirt is heavy and HOT most of the time.
