Love that you are showing the trail, discussing elevation changes and getting water. Many hikers fail to focus on these aspects of the AT when recording. Encourage you to show areas around shelters too.

I've only joined you for your 1st two days and I'm really enjoying your videos. I thru hiked the AT in 2019 and it's a experience of a lifetime. You're going to love it. Your views are wonderful. Your giving some great advice to others and I can appreciate that. That shelter is awesome I stayed there too. Your journey will bring back alot of memories for me. I'm looking forward to watching your videos. Take care out there. I'll be cheering you on and hopefully you will join me next year as I thru hike the PCT. Sending lot's of love from Oregon ❤

Nice to see you geting a good start . I new you would pop up on my feed. We meet at the walmart talking about your thru hike. I wont say we're tho. But i definitely remember and im excited for you hope you have a wonderful trip and looking forward to following you. 😁 something you might want to try is breathing thru the nose and out thru the mouth. It would help control your breathing.
