Damn, 2019. I am a fan of Apparat since 2003. Back in the day, I used to work in some local music shop and suddenly found cd with his Duplex album and ever since he is still one of my favorite artists. Thank you for your new album, Sascha. Greetings from Russia.

Bit hard to tell with the accent! Doesn't sound like draught ("draft") or drought ("drowt"); in context of fields could really be either. I think it's "I'll". Also, "show" -> "shown". @@peterherz9000

@@chrisseatory6112 @Chris Seatory drought perhaps given multiple references to water and ".., deep down in the long roots of doubt, " means water imho, and it'd be pronounced like draft which doesn't really rhyme with 'doubt' or 'breathing out' like first half of lyrics. Sounds like he says draw with 't' on end. Vitality/life in a state of drought is usually 'long, long gone' too 😅

I met apparat while I was watching dark, and then i became a fan because of this incredible sense to music. I like how this one remembers me one of some solo works of Thom Yorke, but at the same time, it's completely different. Thank you for doing this amazing work.
