Most of the people after refusal of the visit visa or any other visa believe that now they cannot do any thing further. Well, this is not the case. You can reapply after addressing the issues or reasons mentioned in the refusal letter. If you have put a wrong information or have attached fake documents so you would be banned for 5 to 10 years. In this case, if the visa offer has wrongfully mentioned those baseless objections you can appeal within 28 days of the refusal. If you will not take action with 28 days they you will loose the right to reapply and you have to wait for 5 to 10 years to apply again.
When to apply? This is the most common question I get. The answer to it is, there is no specific time frame for it. You should apply as soon as possible. There are agents which say that you should wait for 3 months or 6 months, there is no such thing, you should apply right away.
One piece of advice for you is, never attach fake documents while applying and categories of Visa because it would most likely be discovered fake by the visa offer and you would be bound for many years. Also, do not apply through naïve agents or consultants they will ruin your case.

AOA, Sir, I have three Schengen visas in my passport. And I have traveled. All visa category "C" means business visa. The first time I got a single-entry visa and I traveled, and the second time I got a multiple-entry visa. But this visa was issued in February 2020, at that time due to covid, I could not travel for two years. And my visa expired during covid period. When I applied for visa for the third time after covid they issued me a single entry visa, even though I applied for multiple each time, I traveled on the basis of my third visa. And i returned to Pakistan within the validity of the visa. Now I have applied for the fourth time, and I am waiting for my visa. Because I have to travel to Europe this month October-2023. The last time I was traveled in May 2023. So this will be my second trip to Europe in 2023. While I have traveled in 2017, 2019 as well. So my question: As I applied for the visa, if the embassy issues me a single entry visa for the fourth time, can I appeal for a multiple entry visa? Because I have to go on a business trip two or three times a year.

Mujay ye reply aya pre actions protocol Positive response ha ya negative I am writing in response to your Pre-Action Protocol letter of the 07 October 2022, received by us on 11 October 2022, regarding your applications for visit visas to the United Kingdom. I have reviewed the refusal notice and the decision to refuse is withdrawn in favour of a reconsideration. Therefore we will be in contact with you in due course; however please note that reconsiderations are taking at least 3 months. Furthermore it is important to note that an agreement to reconsider does not guarantee a grant of entry clearance. In your Pre Action Protocol letter you state that if this case is not reviewed, you will be commencing proceedings to Judicial Review. I hope this agreement to reconsider this case negates the need for you to pursue the matter to Judicial Review.

Hello, this happened to me too, about 10 days ago, my visa was canceled from South Africa to South Korea. The purple letter you are going for is not in it. The rest of my documents were complete. Hello sir, i got call from Australian high commission on 14 January and i couldn't answer some questions so they rejected my visa as migration act, actually sir my second house got fire 3 4 weeks before call And 1 week before call my grandfather also passed away so we were having tough time and just before call my sister came back from Australia as she is also studying there and we just came from airport and call came so i couldn't answer interview question because i was emotionally not stable, I'm planning to reapply what are the chances of visa grant after mentioning these all 3 point with supporting documents in cover letter?

Sir I have applied for skilled worker visa for UK 3 days ago document were uploaded from VFS global but by mistake PCC of Kuwait was not uploaded following 2 days I got email for additional document I have send scanned documents to them . 2.On my application I forgot to mention that 14 years ago I had tried for student visa at first got refused due to bank statement but after judiciary claim I had got approval that time but I didn't travel to UK that time . Will this be a problem as I didn't mention in this application? Please do reply

sir after my Visa refusal I applied for AR which also got refused. reason for my rejection was not critical I only missed a document during scanning. now I want to know that does the BPP university gives a 2nd Cas letter after this because as you have mentioned reapplying but for that we need new Cas.
