Here I Brings Appendicitis topic in Hindi Lecture with Notes includes it's Causes, Signs , Pathophysiology , Diagnosis test and Treatment ( Appendectomy ) in this video.
Appendicitis is the Inflammation of appendix which is usually present in lower left side of body measure McBurney point.
Causes -
- Due to obstruction by any food waste , fecal material and inflammatory bowel disease.
Symptoms -
- Guarding
- Rebound tenderness
- Rovsings sign
- Aaron's sign
- Positive psoas sign
- Positive obturator sign
- Pain at McBurney point
- Fever
Diagnosis -
- CBC
- Ct scan or usg
Treatment -
- Surgery -
- Open Appendectomy
- Laparoscopy Appendectomy
