5 chicken thighs.
Salt, black pepper, paprika and oregano.
Olive oil.
Marinate for 15 minutes.
1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Fry the onion and garlic over low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
2 carrots.
5 mushrooms.
2 courgettes.
Cherry tomatoes.
Salt.
Cook with the lid on over low heat for 20 minutes.

4 potatoes.
1 cup cream 240 ml / 8.1 fl oz.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 200 °C.
100 grams (3.5 oz) cheddar cheese.
4-5 mushrooms.
Bake uncovered for another 15 minutes at 200 °C.
It is a perfect dish to combine with a salad!
