How your experience with the ANC? You still recommend them, after 1 year? With pro 2 coming out they are really cheap atm.

@@orepoutanes I'm not sure I would. Let me explain why. In regards to call quality they are so good and no else headphones I tried even comes close to these in regards to call quality. I mean I can go fast on my bicycle on a windy day, and people most times won't even notice Im on the bike. I can even vacuum clean the house and still have a conversation. Their ability to suppress unwanted surrounding noise keeps surprising me. Again I never experienced a headset able to doing it this good. BUT. I have had big problems with the noise cancel function since an firmware update a long time ago. They started making a buzzing sound (impossible to use with anc). turned them in for repair at a Huwai certified repairshop 3 times, and they never could fix the problem. They acknowledge that they are faulty.. tell me they reapired them.. get them bavk still faulty.. Turn them in again.. they are like.. Ohh yes we can definitely hear they are faulty.. "repair them" get them back.. still faulty... It's been so frustrating them not being able to fix it, to a point I've just given up. Before this happend I would have recommended anybody to buy them, and would without the blink of an eye bought the pro 2's. But this experience have made me VERY cautious about recommending them to anybody and/or buy any Huawei product in the future. I know I'm not the only one who had this experience/fault with them too. If you should buy them, I would make sure they are updated with latest firmware from the store, test if the ANC make a buzz in 1 or both ears (you won't be in doubt.. its pretty bad). if they do.. dont get them.. if they are ok, then you should be fine.. Or at least make sure to tell the store that you heard that there could be issue's in regards to firmware update making a buzz sound afterwards and should this happen to your's, that they accept a full refund no questions asked. As a last note,. The repair-shop here in Denmark is not a Huawei only.. They are just licensed to do repairs for them. So can be in my case they are just useless/clueless on how to fix these. But.. again.. Really bad experience, and because of this i kinda put Huawei on hold for future buys.

thats exactly what i was gonna say, well not exactly, but similar...the sound quality seem very close to me, im gonna give it a tie. huawei wins in mic, apple wins in noise cancelling, but huawei wins significantly in price. so huawei wins over all.

it doesnt help for shit. if anything it just confuses people. the audio in the video is nothing near representative of the actual sound of the earbuds. you gotta try these things for yourself, recording earbuds and playing it dependes on a lot of things and deviates a TON from the original sound.

Uhm , Did you even watch the video or even try both these products ? Cuz If you try them you would notice the difference , I just gave my air pods pro to a homeless guy who is obsessed with them , not only because I like helping people but I don't like it at all I am enjoying my hwawei buds right now , they are perfect only one problem Touch is kinda heavy or not that easy but at least I don't miss click it while moving or shaking my head or sleeping . Ye I sleep with my ear buds on because noise cancellation helps me in crouded transportations .

Airpods where never without competition in their price range when it comes to sound quality and a lot of other features you will find better, especially the non pros get outperformed by some 25$ models in terms of soundquality, if i would buy Airpods it's because of their integration in Apple's ecosystem. Seamless switching between Apple devices should not be underestimated, if thats not important, yes there are a lot cheaper and better options.
