Fitted mine at the weekend. running the wires was fiddly but the actual fitting of the unit and connecting the wires was so easy thanks to the fantastic instructions. Thank you guys

Hi, I've got a FL2 GS 2007 with a cubby hole. So will this installation be pretty much exactly like this vid? Alot of the other videos look way more complicated than this one and I'm pretty sure I could manage this if it's just like you did....also once fitted do you have to set up the unit to use android...as on your website it says android/apple and I just want to use the android function? Cheers

Does this allow the use of the buttons on the steering wheel for the media and telephone? And if your car has a microphone does it use the existing inbuilt one?

Hi Nigel. Thanks for your message. This product is an Android touch screen product and all functionalities are based on Android. Your wheel buttons will work the same way as before. Any sound via the Android system will use the microphone from the Android screen. If you can send over your car details, we can then advise on the compatible product for your vehicle. Would this work on a 2008 Freelander 2 with the cubby hole rather than the optional touchscreen navigation system?

Does this work with the upgraded alpine sound system and still allow for the front and rear parking sensors to work aswell ?
