This Recipe is for delicious Apple Cider Cupcakes with a Cinnamon Cream Cheese Icing. The cupcakes have great fall flavors and are now one of my favorite recipes to make! I hope you enjoy!

CUPCAKE INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
1 cup apple cider
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in a bowl
3. Whisk eggs, added melted butter, vanilla extract, and apple cider in seperate bowl.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients till well combine.
5. Pour in cupcake pan and bake in oven for 21-22 minutes
6. Let cool before icing
RECIPE FOR FROSTING
Ingredients
8oz of cream cheese
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 cups of powder sugar
Recipe:
1. In stand mixer whip cream cheese and butter
2. Added vanilla extract and cinnamon
3. Once combined well, add powdered sugar slowly and whisk for 3-5 minutes.
4. Place frosting in piping bag and use for decorating

Yours are the only ones that appealed to me from the challenge. We eat with our eyes, too. These were neatly decorated for the most part, and the chocolately leaf embellishment elevated the look.
