60g unsalted butter
1 egg yolk

50g unsalted butter
50g sugar
1 egg(50g)
40g ground almonds
10g cake flour
■Apple carameliz
50g sugar
25g unsalted butter
2 apples
powdered sugar
pistachio

Just made this. Doubled the recipe and it is scrumptious!!! The only problem is the time consuming - 1.5 hours resting plus 1.5 hours baking.
