Apple unveiled "Apple Intelligence," its suite of new AI features for its coveted devices -- and a partnership with OpenAI -- as it seeks to catch up to rivals racing ahead on adopting the white-hot technology. The big challenge for Apple has been how to infuse ChatGPT-style AI -- which voraciously feeds off data -- into its products without weakening its heavily promoted user privacy and security. But Tesla and SpaceX tycoon Elon Musk lashed out at the partnership, saying the threat to data security will make him ban iPhones at his companies. Will Apple's partnership threaten data security? It is not powered by OpenAI ... They are using their own foundational model ... However they are also giving user option to use chatgpt with in Siri UI. This will only happen when siri is not confident to provide info. Not sure what part we did not understand from the keynote? In addition google, claude and grok would be joining too in near future. Maybe in the next few years apple would only use their model once it is capable to answer advance query.

This is wrong. And Musk says that if Apple put ChatGPT at an OS level he would have a problem with that. That is NOT the case. When you use chatGPT on an iPhone you need to give permission every time.

Last point was wrong. It’s not about business thing. It’s chip. Why AI is available on iPhone 15 pro and later models because of chip that it holds A17. As iPhone 15 has A16 event that is not compatible. You need such strong chip to process. Older phones lags it. Same goes with iPad and Macs only M1 and later chips are compatible.

The days when you had to pick up the phone and tell the operator at the telephone exchange to connect you to a number were the best days 🤩. These ladies with normal human intelligence, definitely not artificial, were provided with dormitories with individual beds and mosquito nets to sleep during breaks! 😊

This is what happens when every one starts reporting on technology that they don't understand and start quoting Musk! OpenAI will be used only when user gives consent and IP address is obscured and not for doing any common Apple intelligence related tasks which will be done entirely in Apple ecosystem.. This kind of reporting make me second guess on the topics you report that I don't have much understanding and I find it hard to trust you in future.. Don't go for click bait or headline hunting.. report honestly with right research and viewers will follow!!
