I also never understood the point of transparent displays. 1) Everyone can see what you are looking at on your device. 2) As soon as the sun shines a little bit stronger, you can see even less on the transparent display than on a normal one.

They've got to do something to make their products stand out and show their innovation. Though, do we still call it innovation if it doesn't catch on or isn't actually useful. Come to think of it we've been seeing see through computer screens for years in movies. It makes a person ponder if movie tech is just there because it looks cool.

These phones always look good but the problem is... as is it's basically impossible to make a screen that is both tough and flexible. And if you have it on your wrist that screen needs to be tough. There are many practical uses for such an innovation. Seriously, at least Motorola is trying to create something new... What has Apple done lately besides charge more for less? 🤔

Say what you will, but I think the see-through screens would be pretty convenient with customer-facing jobs, the touch of a button and the screen flips backwards to prompt a payment or display information about a pending reservation or purchase. Not a bad idea! Not sure if the ROI is there, but I think it would be neat.

Things don't work when you can't take the proud within your self. You must give yourself a sense of proud.💪😊 My concern to contribute to ideas of scholars, the industry of phone companies to build on the idea of phone camera potions both back and front cameras. A slide glass close and opening to protect the camera when the device is laying on a floor or on the ground flat when not in use by the interfacer.

See here's the thing. They would need to develop solid light technology... that's tangible holograms... for transparent stuff to make sense, and even then it would just be for something like a holographic keyboard your laptop or headset could project that you could actually touch. Transparent screens make no sense because you're not *supposed* to see through them. As for the wrist wrap phone concept? ...lol.

Ironically if it was made by Apple it probably would not look as half assed as this looks right now. its like someone gave up half way of making it. why doesn't it wrap around your wrist. probably a battery physics problem. still why release tech that is literally and figuratively halfway there.

To be fair I don't see either one of those to be good. I don't want to wear a watch which weights as a phone and can slip off my hand at any moment. I mean, we have people capable of stealing a normal watch while talking to you face to face. I'd be terrified to wear a piece of pricy tech like this knowing that it's attached to my arm with nothing but a few magnets. And transparent screen on a laptop... Well, ye, maybe at a register that would be useful, but laptops are never used there. I have no idea who they target with this and can only say "good luck" to them with this idea.
