Today we talk about the gaming experience currently on the Apple Vision Pro. Even though this isn't a true gaming headset due to the lack of VR controllers, there is still plenty of games and experiences we should be able to play on this now and in the future. Lets take a look!

the vision pro since i dont need it for work, for me it is a multimedia, ar visual experiences player but that can change if the pc-vr gets enabled for them can u test ivry from steam? its free and it says it have avp support for steam vr, it has no controllers ofc but u can play vr- xbox controller games and seems like u can use index controllers too) if that work 99% fine i can reconsider avp, just for pc-vr, still no apps in standalone

Imagine then there able to play games bit actuly be in the vr world but it maps out ur surrounding so u can move around the games world in ur world

Hey ! With steam link is it crystal clear? Like 4K clear ? One person said he watched movies on Apple TV but it wasn’t as clear as you would think (non spatial video just regular movie) I want to buy this only if I can use it as a substitute for my monitor. Got a supped up gaming PC so hoping I can use steamlink with this and it’s a win for me for sure. Thanks in advance!

Don’t know who in the right mind would say 4k video content isnt clear on this lol. But anyway u can stream with steam link 4k so it looks great inside in my opinion

Why would you use your Mac for Game Pass? There is a browser within the vision pro.

Cause Xbox game pass doesn’t work since the browser doesn’t support controllers

I can’t cause those specific recording spots were done on the Apple Vision Pro. I did the best I could for now. Apple Vision Pro doesn’t seem to give you controls of the audio levels when recording in headset. Thanks for watching though

@@UrGamingTechiemakes sense. Maybe try not talking during the recording and then do a voice over in post and make the audio of the voice over louder than the audio of the screen recording. Just a thought!

I think if Apple isn’t careful the vision pro could flop. With them putting barely any focus on vr/ar and the fact gaming is an afterthought could be the ticket to its downfall. Idk about you but the first thing I thought about the vision is gaming and watching movies. I’d prefer to text and all that on my phone. I think the vision pro is too business oriented. I was so excited about the Hololens until I realized it never went commercial because it wasn’t playful enough. This would sell so much more if it was meant to have some dumb fun for a few hours and put it away for awhile.

Games will come naturally we already have some. Developers will do there thing. Just won’t be the main focus just like the iPhone wasn’t either and games came on there own. Also media and movie watching is amazing on here and is def one of there main current focuses. There gonna be at least 3 generations of this product regardless, so nothing will flop for 10 plus years regardless. Thanks for watching

Apple isn't expecting a instant hit on the Avp. This will be a evolution type device.

There’s too many gaming headsets already. I think the Vision Pro being “business oriented” is one of the best things about it.

@@timm3097 it was always going that direction but the hardware wasn't there quite yet. The lenses were always bad up until the quest 3 and the panels were still a bit low resolution. But now it makes more sense. Hardware is better now to make a non-gaming hmd.

@@timm3097 Yeah but for good reason. I’d much rather by a headset from Apple then Facebook. The special computing thing is cool but if it doesn’t come with controllers and has a huge focus on gaming in later models I definitely have no reason to buy it

Why does none of the reviewers say what the screen size looks like from his perspective. They all just say gigantic screen how about give us an idea. Say something like the screen looks like it’s 80 inches just some kind of idea.

they dont.. because hypocrisy. i swear if this was from another company.. u would definitely hear some REAL gripes. but on youtube everyone has to try keep the door open in case they get contacted so its mild issues if they mention anything. or back pedal in another video. i watched a video just now.. where a guy was saying he has some issues.. and he started off saying he isnt used tp how good REAL life things look so as he gets up he gets right back into it.. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/kMh1mdWcqqvYkpc.html

Nobody is talking about gaming on AVP because Apple themselves say the headset is not for gaming! That comes right from the corporate office.

@@UrGamingTechie I just went to the Apple website, and on the Vision Pro page there is no mention of gaming or VR. But judging by the people featured in the ads there, Vision Pro is aimed at African Americans.

@@HernandezJG Using a PS5 controller is not VR gaming, as you get on the Quest 3. VIsion Pro is a whole different animal.

Because not everyone sees Vr as just for games? lol. Even my quest 3 I use for more then just games even if that’s the primary thing that headset is for

i hope people give up on providing accesssibillity for apple products.. "its a apple" they made it without controllers to be different.. How dare you wish to have a full experience.. apple products boast on being limited.. because the user doesnt know any better.. remove ports..on laptops.. u dont need em. earphones on ur phone u dont need em. controllers for a 4k headset.. shame.. u dont need em! a full gaming experience? cmon now user.. how dare you. as i say.. let it flop.so apple can learn. everytime people keep trying their best to provide accessibility and features after the fact for their products. i remember where everyone and their uncle would flock to the early iphones and then 2 months later you see them searching for videos "how to jailbreak iphone" i have a tagline i use for apple products.. "buy apple.. be bored"
