My favorite way to stay active is, hands down, resistance training. 4 months ago I had a very rare adrenal carcinoma removed, just finished up 6 weeks of radiation. I am now feeling like myself again and am able to go strong in the gym. Loving it!!! Plan to be in the best shape of my life by my 60th birthday, which is on Halloween of this year. I currently wear an Apple Watch to track my fitness, but after listening to your rave reviews would love to try the Garmin (you are right about the battery life of the Apple). Here’s wishing you the happiest of birthdays!! Really enjoy your posts. 😀

My favorite way to be active is being outside doing some type of body movement. My small family is very active we love doing it together we started are wellness journey about 2 years ago and we have not looked back. I recently got into running and I love it. I walk outside, play outside with my kids, or do some garage workouts. Sometimes hit the garage when I’m able to do but nothing stops be from being active there is no excuse to not moving your body. There is so much to do. I’ve learned that within a year you don’t have to be in the gym to be active. As long as you’re moving your body, and getting your heart going. I’ve fell in love with this journey.

My favorite way to stay active is at the gym and long walks with my fiancé! I have been going to the gym for over 10 years and it’s helped to strengthen my mental health, confidence and overall strength! My fiancé and I are currently trying to get into the best shapes EVER for our wedding so we also do a lot of walking which is nice quality time together & activity :)

My favorite way to stay active is a toss up between taking my dog on three walks a day, it’s good for both of us and allows me to get out in the sun, and strength training. I also have found a new hobby of running lately, it’s so nice especially after a long hospital shift, it’s like I am running out all the emotions I just experienced.

My favorite way to stay active is running! But running SLOW and just not thinking about my pace while with friends makes it SO much better. I also love hikes, nature walks, volleyball, soccer, yogalates, and stretching! Ive always loved your Instagram content and glad I’ve just found your youtube!

I’m a nurse so staying active is soo important to me!! My favorite way to stay active is working out at least 3 times a week and running!! I am also currently training for a half marathon that is taking place in may! It will be my first one so I am very excited! Running is my favorite way to stay active, it’s the best way to clear my head after a crazy day. I have a had an Apple Watch for years now but have been looking into trying out a garmin. I feel like it would be great for running and also the battery life seems life changing. Thanks for sharing this it was super helpful!

My favorite way to stay active is lifting weights because it makes me feel so strong and empowered! I also love being able to get outside and just move my body… whether that is biking, hiking, or just enjoying a nice walk! I am definitely grateful that I am blessed enough to be able to move my body every day :)

My FAVORITE way to stay active is to strength train 4 days a week, and walk everyday with throwing in a 10 minute sprint interval on my treadmill after my incline walk 3 times a week. Walking has been a game changer for me with upping my steps. I preferably love to walk outside, but weather permitting, I walk inside as well. I’ve never had a watch to track anything so this is very intriguing to me. I typically track my steps on an app on my cellphone, so I always have to remember to put it in my pocket when I get up to move 😅 Happy Birthday Julia! 🎉 Thank you for sharing this with all of us. Staying active is something that we can build into our lifestyles! For each individual it can very and I personally almost love anything where I am moving! Specifically I love daily walks, mountain biking, lifting weights, yoga, running, tennis and just about any game in between.

My favorite way to stay active is a combination of running and strength training! I just finished your SHRED program and LOVED it! Now, I am working on a hybrid mix that helps support the amount of soccer I play, therefore incorporating runs into my week is helpful. I use my Apple watch but have been wanting to switch to a Garmin! Happy Birthday!!!

My favorite way to stay active has always been getting outdoors. I love running, long walks, hikes, and playing a game or two of tennis. But, recently, I truly have fallen for weight training. I use to hate it, but have found so much strength that it no longer is the “chore” of my activities.

My fav way of staying active is taking my kids with me. They enjoy spending that time with me. Another way is just going to the gym no matter what. Even when I don’t feel like it I should still move my body. Once I get there I feel so much better. I love running and CrossFit but sometimes I’m just not feeling it so staying consistent is what keeps me active 👏🏽

My way to stay active for me is to start with a happy mind and always ready to perform. I've been training for 5 years, but since last year I understood that the best way to be active is to do the exercise that best suits you and that you enjoy the most! I love weight training and being better at every workout!!!! This year I started running and I love it! I like to stay active because of the feeling you get after every workout, every km run, every time you thought you weren't capable and then you feel proud of yourself!!!!!💕

My favorite way to stay active has changed quite a bit since post Covid. I used to exercise 5 times a week with a combination of running, lifting and HIIT. Now with GI issues to correct it’s been more lifting, pilates, golf and walking. Big adjustment but still nice to get out and move!

I feel like my favorite ways to stay active fluctuate depending on the season but I always love getting outside and walking or running. I found your account about 6 months ago and it really changed my perception of fitness and prioritizing exercise that makes me feel good and not just whatever burns the most calories. One of my favorite ways to stay active is through resistance training, but I’ve recently switched things up and have been training for my first half marathon. I’ve found running to be enjoyable now that I have a goal in mind and it’s been exciting to complete new distance PRs for myself as I never considered myself a distance runner. One thing I am more interested in now is knowing and understanding my pace and zone level, which a garmin would help me do!

My all-time favorite way to stay active is definitely walking with all of my friends, family and boyfriend. It’s really nice to walk after work and just catch up and kind of detox from the day. My favorite way to be active is to be outside! I love playing pickleball and going for long walks or runs when I’m home in Florida. But when I’m traveling I love to hike. I plan trips around epic hikes like Angels Landing or Half Down, and absolutely love visiting our insanely gorgeous national parks!!

My favorite ways to stay active is taking walks, playing in an adult soccer league, running with a run group, and beach runs. Favorite was to stay active is running! But I also love weight training so usually in a day I’ll lift or ride the bike in the morning and then in the afternoon walk or run, depending on how I’m feeling. Been following along with you for quite some time now and I am a fan! Was also a college athlete who now just works a normal job and you are a huge role model in where I’m trying to be! Just finished 75 hard, and now paying close attention to your habits!!
