I've been looking for videos showing this watch on a tiny wrist since I haven't had a chance yet to see one in person. I even thought the smaller Apple Watches were too clunky for my 5.25" wrist, but I really want this one as a scuba diver.

How often are you taking off your bands during the day that the extra loop causes an issue?

Apple did all sorts of things wrong marketing this watch for “elite athletes”…….if you want better battery and enjoy a larger watch and can afford it, you should get it. Their marketing was counter intuitive.

Does it have an always on second hand? Other Apple Watches do not have that feature.

Watched a few other AWU reviews already. But only when you mentioned the orange on the buttons it finally clicked: This design reminds me of the beautiful Sony Ericsson W800i Walkman phone I once owned. Which is funny, since Apple got its inspiration from Sony’s earlier design language.

What kind of band did you get? I myself prefer the sports loop.

Missing the battery life on my ultra. But it was to bulky for me. Exchanged it for a series 8 SS

I am in a wheelchair, and fall detection is something I have on. I never know when it will come in handy, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

Got the s22 ultra I want to keep my apple watch & keep my iPhone 12 pro Max so I can use my watch but not sure if I should sell them both I'm just to attached to my watch 🤷🏻‍♀️

Lmao it’s 2:35am and I’m finishing this video with the same exact watch/band on my wrist thinking how great I’m going to sleep after this video…it’s so comfortable to sleep with it and the band I’ve been thinking must be the most comfortable band/watch combo that exists!!…I have pretty thick wrists tho so it feels like a little wristband, even was forgetting it’s there the first days I got it because I never usually wore watches to look at the time or anything…usually just for the look😂

You’re old band would work fine. I’m using my old sports loop and it fits better on my Ultra than my old Apple Watch! Also, I don’t notice the watch when I’m sleeping.

You should totally get scuba certified. I did it with Ecodive Center off of Sepulveda and they did a great job. I also have gone diving since I had covid so you can definitely do it and be fine, though I will admit my lung capacity is not the same post covid which it's only been a few months, but still not great. Though I will also say I don't think the Apple Watch should be a sole dive watch for the most part people I know who did get it plan to use it as a backup watch you don't want life saving equipment to go out while diving and the fact that this uses an app is another issue at the moment since it's pay to play when other dive watches arent, but I'm so excited to see the dive channels on YT test it out.
