Marcel Veens (Horticultural Advisor) and Anton Jongerius (Fruitconsult) discuss and demonstrate why ripping out certain branches of pear trees is better than cutting them out.

When I accidentally hit my young pear with the weed wacker it callous over nicely with zero regrowth in that area.
