That's funny - we've never tried their breakfast. We've always tried the Applewood Grill's lunch. The next time you're in the area, you should definitely try their Apple Slushies - We've never found another drink that's similar to it. We hope that you guys had an awesome weekend.

That's very exciting, Amelia. We have too many to list but here are some of our favorites: In Wears Valley, we enjoy PawPaw's Catfish and the Shaggy Moose for Coffee. In Pigeon Forge, we enjoy the Applewood Farmhouse, Paula Dean's Family Restaurant (if you arrive right when lunch starts and the food is fresh), and Chubby's (Sevierville). In Gatlinburg - some of the best fried chicken we've ever had is Mama's Chicken Kitchen. Another great restaurant with an amazing atmosphere is Crystelle Creek (we saw 2 bears there the last time we were there). A great sandwich shop in Gatlinburg is Tennessee Jed's. If you're looking for steak, our favorites are 1) Chop House (Sevierville), Alamo Steakhouse (Pigeon Forge Location), and The Park Grill (Gatlinburg). Our favorite pizza in the entire area is West By God in Pigeon Forge. I hope that is helpful and we hope you guys have an amazing trip, Amelia.

You definitely called it and it's so true - cheese truly does make everything better. Henry was definitely a chatterbox on this day. We've never tried their pot roast but we can only imagine that it's amazing. The Applewood Farmhouse Grill has always been one of our top 5 favorites in Pigeon Forge and the restaurant has practically the same menu.
