If a number is on WhatsApp/ WhatsApp Business App, it can't be used for WhatsApp Business API. To use the same number on WhatsApp Business API, you need to either delete the number from your WhatsApp App or get a new number

WhatsApp Business API doesn't support groups. You can only send Broadcasts which will land directly to their personal chats.

Hey Ryan, You'll need to make the calls manually as currently there's no option provided by WhatsApp to do calling via WhatsApp Business API. In near future, you might get the option to make missed calls to users via WhatsApp business API.
