Thank you for the video, am so blessed. I have a problem of stomach gastritis and constipation this has been going on for sometime now, have difficulties when going to de toilet. Can I use Castor oil? Have stress, have sleepless nites also my skin is dry could I have a kidney problem? My face has pimples and looking ugly with rashes. Can all these problems am having Castor Oil can it be my help? Pliz advise urgently. Thank you God bless you

Castor oil organic hexaan free, bottled in dark glass seems to be the best. I ordered it. It is thick not as smooth as in the video I suppose it has been mixed with another massage oil like jojoba, almond or sesemi oil that makes using it easier. Personally I need time get use to how it smells do not like it much, but with mixing with another oil I think it will be fine. I took an egg spoon pure oral but did not notice any change sofar. In the video taking it before bedtime is advised elsewhere they advise sober in the morning half hour before breakfast so just how you like it, some advise to take it with warm water

What does is smell like?mines has a nutty smell.

Hard to give a name to the smell cannot compare it to anything I know, think little burned smell although it is golden liquid not black castor what has smoked.
