Hiya, apologies I've just got back. You will have to authenticate it in the country you got the documents from before you can take it to the embassy for Legalization. This is because the ministry of affairs in Nigeria cannot authenticate a certificate not issued by the government.

Thanks alot for your video. Please I did a pre-enrolment after securing admission at university of Bologna. However, I later secured admission in a course from which I can learn skills for an in demand profession in Europe. Please, can I change the course of study ?

I don't live in Italy anymore. Check uniplaces and subito.it for accommodation. I got mine on uniplaces while I was still in Nigeria.

Hiya; if your certificates were obtained from India Institution - you will not have to go back home otherwise, you can send the documents through DHL or any trusted shipping company. Someone at home can do the authentication in Abuja for you (they will need a copy of your National ID or Passport).
