They have different standards everywhere. Common sense seems to be the second priority

Unfortunately they do! Not many people complain and nobody cares about investigating what's really happening. Some say they failed for observing too early and kept checking while approaching roundabouts. Some also clkaim that the assessor marked them for not looking left (just in case). It would be the same as looking up for a potential aircraft coming down
