Great video! I started with the first version and could not get it to work - thankfully I read the comments and saw this version! After a few hours - I finally have it finished and I actually fully understand how the app works and how to customize it! Great video and excited to see more videos on how to build on this more in depth!

If you want to merge the "available stocks" and "new available stocks" which i did, then just add " - [quantity] " to the end of the "available stocks" formula. Overall seems very nice video, much more helpful than MOST appsheet videos. Good job honestly.

this creates a bug, that triggers the bot twice. so if I release 1 phone it releases 2 in the inventory. Did this happen too you too?

Thank You for your video! I have 2 stock rooms (one is a main stock and another if for available stock for using) How can I note when i take out from main stock into available stock?

So it's still giving me an error when I switch it to the correct sheet under the App ID. When I select the other sheet, it doesn't come up with an error, but doesn't function at all even though I executed the bot. Suggestions?

I have a problem with the virtual colums "avalaible stocks" and "new available stocks". When im adding new stock, it works fine available stock:10 , quantity: 2, new available stock: 14. But when i save it the virtual columns it runs again and change the info to available stocks:12 and new available stock:14

I do not understand how does your "Stocks inventory" table update and renew after you have released some products. My inventory does not update although my bot works fine and everything looks the same as your app.

Hi great video, but the formula "Any(Select(Stocks Inventory[Item Code].[_THISROW].[Item Name]=[Item Name]))" is not working for me even in the other tutorial videos you uploaded. Please help what is possibly wrong? and can we make multiple conditions in this query? like I want to add Branch column, because it will have multiple Item Name per Branches. Please help me out. thanks

for all having problems with updating the Stocks inventory - make sure you have under- Automation, Bots, have the Run a task set to Release Stocks Minus

Hi, I really appreciate your videos. I got the first part working and release stocks is working fine, however, when I do 'test bot' of the add stock part I get an error. Have already deleted and redone the last steps a few times, but can't figure it out. Hi, try this go to stocks inventory table and make label the item name. Then in add stocks or release stocks in item code coloumn try to use ref or data validation drop down

You can use AppSheet in offline as long as you are in Mobile Device. Then later once you have data you can upload in cloud .

@@cczp4265 You cannot apply it in the column itself because its a number type. You can add a virtual coloumn and name it as stocks status. Then you can use an app formula in virtual column IF([Available Stocks]
