Meeting notes:
Ran convened the meeting; the agenda and minutes were approved, and there were no conflicts.
Attending: Randall Koch, Lynne Saxton, Laurie Kovack, Sarah Absher, Jeff Weitzel and Tom Siep. Guy Sievert was absent.
Action Items:
The work plan was discussed. A draft workplan/schedule was sent to all members for their review.
The upcoming public meetings, and the logistics of these meetings, were discussed and resolved. Meetings were confirmed for 4/17/24 (7 pm) and 4/20/24 (10 am). People who join the process in its later stages will be referred back to the videos of these meetings for review so that the process can keep moving forward.

Guidelines from Sarah Absher, Tillamook County:
If we delete items from ordinances, public hearings are required and there is the possibility of litigation etc. Thtee only exception to this requirement is SB 406.
SB 406 requires that we treat middle housing (4 units or less) exactly the same as single family residential.
Sarah will describe the limits and scope of the community plan update process at the public meetings.
