For EB-1 it could be a year but very difficult to tell until this years VISA bulletin are not out!

Hello there, you mentioned EB1 is current as per April bulletin however my legal says it has retrogressed to Feb 2022? Can you pls confirm

I mentioned that is current for all countries except India and China. For India and China the PD is February 2022

Hey brother! I forgot to send the i864 with my parent's i485. Can I send it now with i485 recipe paper, or I have to wait RFE letter, Sometimes they denied without RFe notice

Great question. I think you should wait for a RFE. However do check with your attorney. If the attorney says you can send before RFE then that is great.
