I have this same exact kit at home & love it! It does exactly what you say. HOWEVER. If you have dry skin I would not recommend it. I have combo skin and sometimes it's super drying on my face.

Have you ever tried coconut oil for cleansing your makeup off, Nicole? Changed. My. Life. You use it exactly like the cleansing balm. Smells SO good, melts everything right off and also acts kind of like a moisturizer, too cause it leaves your skin so soft. LOVE. : )

I have been using coconut oil to take off my eye makeup for MONTHS. It is seriously effortless it melts off and leaves my eye area so moisturized.

The skin around my eyes is very sensitive and i haven't had any problems. I haven't used it on the rest of my face. But, if it doesn't work for you it doesn't work. Everyone's skin is different.

Amanda Hart I agree, coconut oil does the same thing and I have super sensitive skin and it's been great. I heard that it can clog pores but so far I've not had the experience, just the opposite! :)

Have you seen Lauren Curtis' Instagram post about how her LimeCrime lipsticks in Coquette aren't the same color as each other? And then a bunch of people were commenting about how ugly their lipsticks were compared to what they were supposed to be. Are they sketchy?? You seem to like LimeCrime and everyone here values your opinion so should I risk spending all that money on a lipstick that might not be what I bought? And in case someone is trying to start a fight, I'm sorry if I somehow managed to offend you. I'm trying not to base my life on what one person says so that's why I'm asking another person so only helpful comments please...

I read all those comments too and did a bit of digging myself. There are accusations of them repackaging eye shadows and lipsticks and threatening to sue bloggers over bad reviews. I personally have read enough about lime crime for me not to want to purchase their items but it's up to you. I say just google around and take other peoples comments on the brand into consideration xoxo

The cleansing balm is just like the Pond's makeup removing cream & it's found in drugstores as well. But it doesn't come with an exfoliating towel

the Botanics line at Target sells a cleansing balm w/the muslin cloth too...been using it when I travel so I dont have to bring my entire "arsenal" And since its a balm, I have more room in that carry-on ziploc bag (ie more perfume/lotions and potions HA!!)

Nicole, the Moroccanoil Hair spray will change your life! I am telling you! You will ABSOLUTELY love it! All their products are amazing and smell fantastic. They have a medium hold and a strong hold. I do the same thing the cleansing balm does....but with coconut oil and a wash wrag...6 bucks! And the wash wrag is free cuz it came from my cupboard! LOL! The balm is similar to the ocm (oil cleansing method) you choose the oils based off your skin type and needs and it can be pretty cheap :)

You should do something creative and different with your mint lipstick... pick a rip the runway look or something BRIGHT and fun just to kick off summer! think along the lines of the UD Electric palette or just something colorful and bright like the runway models have!

You should try REN's Rosa Centifolia Cleansing Balm, it has that smell of roses that you love! And it literally does the exact same thing, even with the muslin. So when you're through with this cleansing balm, try the REN one! You can get it at Sephora and it's $17 cheaper! Have a beautiful day!

for oily skin these moisturizers are the best, just started using them. Bioelements Beyond Hydration and Oil Control Mattifier. they are on hautelook now. they also have Quick Refiner that helps pores and exfoliate. their decongestant cleanser is awesome too and equalizer toner. this skin has helped my oily and acne prone skin so much. love their zit creams too. love u Nicole...keep up the good work. would love more makeup hauls and tutorials for summer. thanx

Lush has a cleansing balm - it's called Ultrabalm, and it is AMAZING. I have been using it for about 2 months and it is amazing at taking off makeup - even my waterproof brow gel. It's very similar to the product Nicole is talking about here, but a lower price point. I think I'll be getting a muslin cloth to take it off like she has here (I have just been using a normal face cloth).
