Choreography by April Rose in collaboration with Aubre Hill, Nathalie Tedrick, Rebecca Vasile, Krysta Cook, Colleen Anderson, and Roxanne Goon.
The last year has been a tough one for a lot of people and we are starting to wake up and realize that we have to fight for the life that we want. Whether it's the daily grind or the state of the government that gets you down, this dance seeks to remind us that we have to keep making art, keep building community, keep living, and keep on keepin' on.

It was a joy to watch people who love dance, expressed so wonderfully. The message was a powerful one and conveyed so profoundly. I will watch this again and again, sharing it with those around me.

Had to watch this again... when I saw it at TribalFest last year I FREAKED OUT! Loved it on all levels. The tension between constriction and freedom was portrayed brilliantly through the choice of movements. A modern piece yet it still honours belly dance vocabulary. Brilliant the first time I watched and every time after...
