Aprilia RS 457 top speed of 200kmph for a motorcycle in this segment is truly unmatched that too at a sweet price of ₹4.1L ex showroom. Aprilia Rs 457 on road price is ₹4.86L in Dehradun, UK.
457cc liquid cooled parallel twin cylinder engine with Italian engineering churning out the highest power figures in the segment. Yes it beats the Duke 390 too.
30kmpl of claimed mileage under ARAI conditions but the real world story is a little different check out this channel for more detailed info on the RS 457, very good quality and simple videos.

I think that low end torque eats up good amount of fuel to keep the bike running smoothly. My D390 gives around 26-28 kmpl in city but very jerky and frustrating in the low rpms and higher gears

I guess that drop in the mileage is what Aprilia users will pay for less gear changes and smooth rides in the city.
