Hi. thanks for your message ! It's difficult to tell anyone the scope of it without knowing there personal and long-term goals in Germany or their home country. Overall though, for project management, you would need to know German fluently as you are managing and interacting a lot with other professionals. Whereas Sticking to a generic Architecture field is easier and less hard work comparatively. And, regarding scholarships, you would have to look into individual uni websites if they have any, usually 12 months you have to apply for them. (Or you could look into to daad.de website for overall scholarships )

Hi. You can always look for a decent course, agar toh aapko wo acha lage and admission requirements mei sab theek lag raha hai, toh bina kisi fikar ke, apply toh definitely kar dijiye, usmei kabhi kami nahi honi chahiye. Baaki aapke experience, overall application , motivaiton letter aur university admission regulations ke hisaab se e admit milega. Try toh zaroor e krei. (It has no risk on your current job and of course simultaneously keep working in your profession) :)

Do i need to apply for aps certificate before application? Since it costs 18k and i am not sure about being selected in any German universities for masters, should not i apply for aps after getting the offer letter?

APS certification processing time is 6-8months. You would need it to apply or even to book the visa appointment. So keep that in mind. Usually its better to apply for APS , right now or asap, if you are planning for Oct’24 intake(winter semester) so you get it before August next year and then you get your visa before September end.

Yes you need to apply for APS before application, as in some university applications you also need to upload the APS certificate, but ofcourse it depends form university to university. Please check before hand. If it’s not mandatory requirement from the university you are applying to, you could also apply later, but keep the waiting duration in mind as it’s longer.

I am into a huge problem related to APS. I applied for an APS certificate in December 2023, but in January 2024, I got to know that I have a name problem in my documents. The problem is that in my academic documents (10th, 12th, and college), my name is RAVAL MEETKUAMR, but in my personal documents (PAN, ADHAR, PASSPORT), it is RAVAL MEET. When I applied to APS with RAVAL MEETKUMAR, the APS form we had to send to the office had the same name. So, in January, I changed my name in ADHAR and PAN to RAVAL MEETKUAMR and applied for a reissued passport. I got an APS certificate in February 2024 with the wrong name, RAVAL MEET. Now I also have a result passport with the correct name. I mailed them more than 20 times and couriered all the documents, but I haven't received a response from them. What should I do? , Should I reapply for APS with my reissued passport or just go with this APS certificate??

Hello Raval, Get an affidavit made stating the change in your name. Since all the other documents resonate, it should not be a problem, just keep the affidavit handy. Donot apply for APS again. APS certification is to check the Authenticity of your educational credentials till now. Also drop us an update here. Good luck.

Hi, whatever you are experiencing is pretty normal. Our suggestion would be don’t do anything, just be patient. Ofcourse you could try and email them every 15 days. You should expect total processing time to be 4-6 months. Goodluck.

The VPD and APS are different evaluation procedures designed for different levels of study and have varying requirements and procedures. VPD -The VPD process is not mandatory for all universities in Germany, kindly check if it is required for your desired Uni. -Check on uni-assist website, www.uni-assist.de/en/how-to-apply/plan-your-application/vpd/?pk_campaign=854 . - Processing Time : The processing of your VPD application usually takes 4 to 6 weeks after receipt of your application and payment of the handling fee. You may apply for a VPD at any time. It is valid for one year after the date of issue, no matter which semester you select in My assist. You dont need your APS to apply for VPD, APS is only needed for Visa not for uni assist VPD. Hope this helps, Goodluck

It is a must for most of the universities. It is a must if you want to book a visa appointment. So technically very important document lately. Earlier the waiting period/ processing period was too long but luckily everything seems better now :). Goodluck

Well mostly they do give regard to the fact that, one had obtained their bachelors in English, but please go through the university website once, if it’s written in the requirements IELTS ‘or’ previous education done in English, I would say then IELTS is not necessary.

APS verifies the Authenticity of your bachelor's document. If you’ve already received an offer letter, then it shouldn’t be a problem. To be safe, please kindly check the course credits needed for your desired master's course. If your current degree fulfills the requirements, then it should be alright. (And, that is also the reason, why you got the admit letter)

My APS Timeline- 25 september-Applied for aps online and paid it through cc avenue. Couriered the documents on the same day. 26 september-Documents reached APS office. Now i kept on waiting and didnt mail about any status update to APS Finally in 15 November- APS final Verification mail came no calls came with certificate. 16 November-Got verified coloured tag on my APS login. Yes In uniassist they are not accepting the applications without APS Certificate in 2024 intake they are saying to upload by application deadline.In my case most universities are asking for APS Certificate in application also without uniassist one also.

I did the same, and your account will be activated after a while. By default your payment method would be set as offline though. You can check the news section of APS site, If you want to pay it online.

Hello, thanks for your query. Well if you are in first year of Bachelors, that means there are still 2-4 years left for you to finish your Bachelor’s. I would suggest you to focus on your studies at the moment and if your education has mandatory internships, start working for it before your peers :). Secondly, if you have already decided to be in Germany after your graduation, you could start learning German, that will help you to study, live, work and the list goes on , in Germany.

Have you applied for any masters application ? If yes please contact your university to send an email to APS regarding your application. If not please email APS in detail, regarding your application- time and date applied, when your mailed the documents and when and how you made the payment.

APS TIMELINE: APS Application- 17 Nov Documents reached - 21 Nov APS Certificate - 27 Nov Total day - 7 days NO verification mail. NO Digilocker credentials. Thank you so much for your help Mam😊

@@anjuvats1212 Sure.. I submitted my transcripts (Diploma and Engineering) along with that I provide my digilockers credentials on a paper although it's not mandatory. During the payment I used CC avenue which was cancelled more than 3 times initially ( reason I don't know) however after multiple attempts it got successful...and I courier my documents to the office
