At the minute 23:40, the Military Chilean School ship ESMERALDA got catched by the lens of your camera. This is one in a life event, as this ship navigates arround the world. The probability to catch it out of the Valparaiso Port (and if it is anchored there just when you are in Valparaiso, and if you will ever be in Valparaiso at all) is 1 in 10000 million.

I have watched this movie probably 15 times now, as I have been getting ready to go on my own sailing adventures next year this has really provided me with a lot of inspiration. Very well done, I find myself getting immersed in the story every time I watch it. Also Indigo III is a beautiful boat. Hoping I can afford a catamaran myself someday.

Fantastic film. Nice mix of sailing, prepping, and going through the canal. The Lagoon 67 is a beautiful boat and looks like a beast to maintain and sail given its size. I think I saw where only 5 were made. Also, ignore the commet about the time lapse - that was actually helpful to show some prep work that took a long time.

Horace, a refit does not guarantee to cover all the systems on a sail boat forever. The marine environment causes lots of failures, especially on a long ocean voyage with bad and extreme weather. Sailing on a 20 footer on a small lake is definitely much cheaper: davidchin27.blogspot.co.nz/

+Gary Pye Nope not sure why. We where also followed in the middle of the night by a submarine. Flashing red and blue light suddenly disappears 50 meters on our starboard beam. Then a periscope pop out of the water right behind the boat, we could see the lights through the water and the whitewash from the periscope. It followed us for 5 minutes then disappeared. Totally creeped us out, didn't get it on camera though.
