boneless chicken thigh 500g
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1,1/2 tsp
oregano 1/2 tbsp
dried parsley 1 tbsp
Black pepper 3/4 tsp
paprika 1 tbsp
kashmiri red chilli 1/2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
garlic 4-5 cloves
coriander 1/2 cup
onion 1 medium 175g
for sauce
mayonnaise 1/4 cup
yogurt 1/4 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
paprika 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
brown sugar 1 tsp
lemon 1/2 tbsp
