Just found you on KZfaq! I'm learning to be an instructor now and your combos are so helpful. My classes are 60's and older so the slower pace and your understanding that each client will differ in ability is very helpful.

Hi Haylley, I've watched your demos over and over and I am very impressed even the pool side demo which looks strenuous out of water, also the music. I have used several of your sets in my over 50's class, hope you don't mind! Love the demo with no chit chat.

Hi Haylley, I am getting my own class (circuits) very soon and cant wait. Do you have any links to help give me ideas on how to put a circuit together? You should use a mat to prevent slipping

Thank you for your comment. I am wearing pool specific trainers which prevents slipping but i do recommend a mat to anyone who finds their poolside is very slippy and they have conditions that get aggrieved by the impact of the exercises 🙂
